![]() Roger Henson, Senior Consultant Roger is the founder of HHS Associates and has over 40 years of experience in serving as an owner’s representative, facility manager, energy consultant, mechanical design engineer, and project manager. He is currently serving the firm as a Senior Consultant focused on business development and project implementation. Prior to HHS Associates, he successfully started and sold two engineering services firms, PEBSCO and Envirotherm. Roger received his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a current member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers and Association of Energy Engineers.
Fred Schroeder, President Fred has 35 years of experience as a consultant, MEP design engineer, facilities and energy engineer. He has also held roles serving as a branch manager for a major MEP design firm and general manager for Central and South West and American Electric Power. At HHS, Fred is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company which include business development, project administration, and field management. Fred received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. He is a current member and past Dallas chapter President of ASHRAE and holds a U.S. Thermal Storage patent.
Greg Zeig, Principal Greg has over 15 years of experience in the industry and is responsible for all project analysis and implementation of all commissioning services. He is experienced in the operation and programming of multiple building management control systems. Preiously, Greg worked for Energy Systems Laboratory at Texas A&M University where he assisted in the delivery of Continuous Commissioning services for various projects. Greg received his Bachelor of Science in Mechancial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
![]() Grant Henson, Managing Principal Grant is responsible for managing all aspects of HHS with an emphasis on financial operations and business development efforts. He has worked for 14 years in commercial real estate advisory with Stream Realty, CBRE and Rockcap Company. Grant received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Tech University in 2004. He has been heavily involved in giving back to his community by actively supporting several non-profits and ministries in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. |
